it depends if u generally just want to get skinny or want to get more muscle. if u want to get skinnier just do cardio and calorie deficit
but if u want to become more muscular u have to bulk sadly and then cut
calorie calculator by calculator.net, put in your info and do the lowest calorie one, you can eat anything you want under those calories, i lost 3 lbs a week when doing that. buy a scale if you don’t already have one. go to the gym to make the weight loss easier. right now i’ve been living off egg beaters (liquid eggs) because they’re lower calorie, get 45-50 cal wraps and boom 150 cal meal. super easy and good with hot sause. a couple other food swaps are getting yasso ice cream bars, and halo top / nicks ice cream. use myfitnesspal to keep track of calories and weight loss. i believe in you man, 6 months from when you start you’ll be unrecognizable. advice from someone 78 lbs down and more to go.
