To be quite blatant, I feel disgusting. Do not do this to your body.
Not only can I barely look at myself, but to think about the fact ive nearly ruined myself over an overpatriotized beauty standard makes me feel disgustingly shallow.
I need the best gaining tips possible, weither its to gain or keep appetite, sneak in extra cals, or simply work less cals off
By the time the world ends I want a healthy body, not one where my bones show

I’m glad you want to get better even if it takes a lot of courage
Beforehand I want to say, if you’ve been starving and consuming very little calories DO NOT up your intake in one go, that is very dangerous and could kill you if you trigger a electrolyte imbalance, you need to slowly move up your calories.
I’d recommend you focus on gaining muscle / consuming protein (drinking protein shakes is the easiest way to consume more cals while getting protein in) because strength is the most important thing you need should the world end.
Overall, try swapping out snacks with higher calorie ones (that also have protein if possible), higher fat percentage dairy products, eat berries and chia seeds for fiber, try snacking more often since your brain won’t register that as a full meal = you won’t get full fast, make meals that you actually enjoy so you’ll be enticed to eat more, always keep snacks at hands reach

I didnt know that about calorie upping 🤔 in all my years of bulking and Ed's ive never even heard it could kill you
I never thought of getting higher percentage fat in dairy either that ones really smart

Its not great lighting but you can literally tell just from my hands
When im in my bathroom and front facing lighting I can count my chest bones.

Under daily cals? Have a cup of milk!
No appetite today? Milk has enough fat and cals 👼
Sauce is too thin or too low cal? Splash o Milk!
