I do full body and every second day is rest day, I need to sit down with my dad and actually ask him what exercises to do
You just need 1 chest exercise, 1 shoulder exercise, 1 tricep exercise, 1 bicep exercise, 1 lats exercise, 1 upper back exercise, 1 quad exercise, 1 hamstring exercise, 1 calf exercise
