yeah, i know. i, specifically, had a problem with needing 3 hours to fall asleep, so i tackled that with alcohol. ofc, the catch is you wake up at 4 and your sleep was shit anyway because of drastically reduced rem phase. not to mention a million other problems drinking so much causes

nooooooooooo, i don't need tips on sleep, i'm past that and fixed it. just mentioned why i started drinking at home considering it's retarded
