I never understand the term Person of Colour

It's typically used to label blacks. However, 95% of black people have brown skin, dark hair and dark eyes.
White people are the true people of colour. So much contrast.

It's so true, I'm guessing that the term POC has racist undertones. Probably originates from 1960s America.
Still, white people are the most diverse.
