It's typically used to label blacks. However, 95% of black people have brown skin, dark hair and dark eyes.
White people are the true people of colour. So much contrast. :love:

JFL every race can have different colouring.
That's why I said 95%. Black people are still limited in their range of skin tone.

Very true, racial ambiguity makes classifying whether someone is white or not hard.
