i only do two back exercises nowadays

tbar row and lat pull down

2 sets on tbar row and 3 on lat pulldown

im lazy asf and i dont wanna do another row

so on pull days i only do 4 exercises 2 back 2 bicep
 
Atleast you’re doing something, it’s nothing wrong with slowing down a bit.

You don't need more than 2 exercises per body part

The only thing that matters is that you train that body part 2 times a week

Plus it will be good if you add forearms exercises on your pull day it will help with grip and make your arms look better
