I over use salt and pepper for dishes

Do you need to sneeze after all that pepper
 
Whats the best seasoning then
All depends on the dish, I love cumin on omelettes, Montreal spices in meat and curcuma in coffee.
 
I use the 1% by weight rule for cooking with salt
And for pepper just add till you think it’s spicy enough
I try but I need much seasoning till it tastes good and thats a problem
