I’ve recently finished my semax nasal spray container and this is my first one. My experience on Semax was amazing, I had no side effects of any sort, I only saw benefits.
The short term I saw my learning quality improve, mood stabilised, less anxiety, better memory and clarity.
Long term benefits after being off, have better habits, learning technique/quality, can retain memories better and clarity.
I’d say for my first nootropic it was an awesome experience.
