its a cookbook to make real life versions of the ingame food

it wasn’t actually irradiated

he would see the special stat boosts in the cookbook and ask me to make him food depending on what he wanted

one time i pretended to fight him and beat him and then i made him these “buffout” matcha cookies

i let him win afterwards so he would think the food actually gave him powers
