Regular exercise with jogging, cycling, and pro metabolic lifestyle changes are far more beneficial.
Fasting is far more stress inducing than exercise, stunts growth.

Not even. Nutrients have a half life in the body and when not regularly consumed they are reduced and throw balances out of whack. It has benefits for insulin sensitvity but if you are metabolically healthy it's just a minimizer

I actually intermittent fast most days till like 12 just because I’m lazy and don’t want to eat
