I saw no benefits with fasting

Regular exercise with jogging, cycling, and pro metabolic lifestyle changes are far more beneficial.
Fasting is far more stress inducing than exercise, stunts growth.

Idk but fasting has worked pretty well for me, especially when combined with exercise it gives nice and fast results
Also working out while fasted is a bad idea because your muscle glycogen will be depleted

I actually intermittent fast most days till like 12 just because I’m lazy and don’t want to eat
