I should workout again

I genuinely hate working out and sports but I want to do something small, nothing crazy. I don’t enjoy lifting weights much but I know that maybe I should do a bit of that. I just don’t know how to plan out workouts and what to do
 
Just lift weights enough to get to the point where you feel like your muscles are physically aching you to stimulate them again
