Iceberg lettuce 20 cals
15g Bacon (my arch nemesis) 80ish cals
Lowfat Buttermilk ranch 2 tablespoons 70-100 cals

try find a 0cal dressing, game changer. Use those calls to add more vegies for volume
 
I was wrong it was 440 and the only other thing with cals I had was coffee with mocha creamer i should technically eat more cuz my total cals were only about 500
