I have such an ugly face honestly my midface is too long amd my nose is big as fuck. Sometimes I just want to take a butcher knife to my face and fix it myself But then again I am not really trying that hard to look better because I am a lazy chud and the people who ascend actually have crazy determination and usually good potential. I want to take out my eye, so I get it but I don't want to be institutionalized

No genuinely, only time I have ascended was when I was mostly offline and focused on myself and God. Not even when I was focusing on myself looks. But I am too depressed and neurotic to do that again

Yeah thats true, plus you have to have a certain look to you to actually pull off an eye patch, but you could make yourself have different colored eyes…. And a fun party trick, people can take shots out of your eye hole
