Im not buying it anymore, Both literally and mentally.

Im just gonna moisturize and absorb the UV rays cause my gut tells me to do so. Too many alarming statistics and conspiracies about it

This is coming from someone who used to use it daily

Idk what that is niglet I’ve seen weird correlations with skin cancer and sunscreen tho
Correlation ≠ causation

Increase in skin cancer is mostly just due to better detection with modern medicine

yes lack of sun exposure also causes colorectal cancer and sunscreens have endocrine disrupting hormones

sun is very demonised for no reason tbh
I think sunscreen is important but I can also see the arguments for getting in a little bit of sun! It definitely improves your health indicators and it doesn’t hurt to get a little bit of Vitamin D just don’t overdo it lol

Ironically enough ever since I stopped stressing about skincare my skin actually improved, not applying products etc.

I know not all sunscreens are endocrine disrupters but I feel much better not worrying about it these days, my skin complexion shows that.
