I think having glasses actually fucked me up omg

I'm looking at photos of myself when I was like 5 or 6 before glasses and I DO INDEED have an upturned nose

I seriously think wearing glasses for 12 years straight just fucked my nose up

if I didn't have braces twice and a palate expander in 4th grade it probably would've turned out a hell of a lot worse

isn't expansion of the palate at a young age supposed to help maxilla projection which in turn turns the nose up? I had a palate expander for a year or two at age 9

It widens but there’s a debate about forward growth did u have something that pulled it forward if not it just reccesed ur mandible more

Not at all true. I had an upturned nose when i was 14 or 15 that completely changed. It looks very different now that im 21. Noses change ya bozo.

U probabaly didn’t have something to pull forward that’s a marpe maspe thing u palate was open so just a expander and a reccesed mandible isn’t always a flaw for girls because it is quite a dimorphic feature but still a issue with harmony

Pulled ur mandible forward and upper jaw back ur maxilla is flat so if u had a good nose ur side profile could easily be top 10% mabye more

i have damon braces i think and rubberbands (class 2) but i think i might need to switch to some type of anchoring due to my rhinoplasty imnnot sure could u find out?

i need something to pull my lower jaw forward and stabilize my upperjaw (i have overbite and just got rhinoplasty)

Idk can’t really help u there im no expert ortho just know a few think if u want to bring ur lower jaw forward with no upper recession DJs is best
