Back issues seem to be more common with women than men

I remember diagnosing a girl I was chatting with at school for Lumbar Lordosis

Anyways, most people can't tell with scoliosis unless it's severe so try to take your mind off it

Noo what if it’s gets worse 😞 plus I don’t want someone noticing it cuz if u stare at my waist for long enough you’d notice it 😣

How old are you? If you are still in rapid development phases, it could get much worse without intervention.

Thank youuu also does that mean I can’t fix it 😣
You can talk with a specialist to get a back brace if you want

I've heard some people say physiotherapy helped them but I'm not sure if that one is legit or not

Decompression + Lower back muscles training + alternate shoulders when you carry the bag
Core and abs training can be good too

i did decompression a few times like two weeks ago and it gave me this weird ass stabbing sensation (whenever I laughed, coughed, and slightly moved) just under my chest on my upper rib and it would like travel to my back sometimes and recently it finally started to recover im
Not sure if I did something wrong or if it’s normal 😞

Yoga healed me A lot! I’ve experienced so much pain in my process of restraightening its kinda part of the process,, discovering areas of pain and discomfort means you’re moving in a direction… of course I’m no doctor or professional but I’ve healed alot, scoliosis is curable. I highly recommend yoga and Pilates, then. Calisthenics , pull-ups/abs/pushups and throughout it all learn how to mew, and hardmew, VISUALIZE and FEEL your straightened body and HOLD that vision as much and as long as possible! I would do the visualizing sessions in the sauna, imagining the twist untwisting and the bones cracking into place and then how I would feel when it all fell back into place… I now I have the vision and feeling of my ideal self locked in, took a lil bit to get there cause I was used to feeling crooked and what not, I hold that vision all the time, throughout the day, during exercise and before I sleep… keep going You got this!! 🙏🏽
