I Think I Have Face Dysmorphia

Do you feel like you look different every single day? Or do u just not recognize yourself everytime. It might be from looking at your own face too much
I feel like I look different, but also look the same. Like certain things about my face just changes. New hairstyles make it worse.

I felt the exact same for a long time. Everytime I woke up i felt like I had a new face on. I'd ask people if I looked different and they always said no. I get the hairstyles thing too. I think it's part of growing up and ur face changing in front of your eyes. When you're a teenager the difference between ur face within 1 year apart is more drastic than once it's set when you're older. It sucks. But it's not gonna be forever. But if you genuinely thing you have some kind of dysmorphia that is disrupting your everyday I'd recommend seeing a therapist of some kind and expressing it

In my experience, I felt like mirrors lie to me. So I try not to look into mirrors unless it's for a practical reason. It's really hard to pick hair styles or do anything to your face/style because you don't ever know what you look like or what would look good on you. Tough.
