I think I just lucid dreamed for the first time

I just had the most vivid dream ever, I woke up in school in a class room, now I believe it was a lucid dream because I was self aware and concious, I asked my self in the dream "how am I dreaming, I literally just fell asleep a few seconds ago?" and I actually did I had just closed my eyes for a few seconds to chill in real life, I even felt my arms in the dream to make sure it was reality and not a dream and I said to my self this is real

How do you not enjoy it? Do you think normal dreaming is better?

Sleep paralysis is brutal, have had it like 10 times. Always some demon looking entity is crushing my chest.
