i only would trust salons w bleach cuz they know how to control damage, like not fully eliminate it, but reduce it.you should only be scared of damage if ur doin it urself, i bleached the SHIT outta my hair at home in 2021, and my hair was fucked for like 3 years. ill put a pic for reference
