I think one of the traits i appreciate most in people

Is the ability to change your opinion or even just build nunance on it. Especially during discussions, debates or arguments. Imo it shows maturity when people are able to admit their view point was incorrect or uneducated when it is necessary, rather than egregiously sticking to it to avoid a hurt ego.

Ive learned to ask questions that guide someone towards your viewpoint, even if they fundamentally disagree people dont get as defensive
