One day I was walking in college past some girl and her friend and she says to me "Hi honey." Keep in mind, I never spoke to her before nor was she in any of my classes (her friend's boyfriend, however, was my classmate).
I thought she was trolling me so I just looked her like
and just ignored her. Then a while later, I walk past them again but this time, she says nothing; she just smiles at me and she waves at me, so I waved back.
Then a few days later I see her again and she tries talking to me, I just make a little joke which she laughs uncontrollably at and then I walked away.
That was the last time we interacted because I went on a vacation to Pakistan and then when I came back, I dropped out so I never saw her again. But it's like, whatever. She was too young for me anyway, I was 26 at the time and she was 16 or 17, so ultimately it would have led to nowhere. But it's nice to think that someone may have liked me after all. Hopefully she found a nice boy her own age. Bless her.
