He asked me if he could use the E-Z bar after me. I said sure mate

I used to do upside down crunches on the pull-up rack. He asked me how I managed it, I said it was probably because I was pretty unbalanced 🤣


Some 35 + year old girls asked for photos, quite a bit. But more or less everyone left him alone. He seemed very tall, taller than you would expect.

Last time I saw him was in an all day breakfast place on the Fulham Road, called VQ. Unfortunately, I’ve been banned for years, all because I threw a fried egg at a girl, and punched her boyfriend.

Not bullshit, just dark memories of when I was a London policeman.

Not really, but he was a very nice, unassuming man. Which contrasted to me and my friends at that time, because we were quite weird and horrible.
