Rage i used to not be able to talk

i didnt know how to talk to people and i couldnt read social cues, i was bullied by the same people and i just walked back like a dog, at parties i got dragged to as a laughing stock, i may have learned all this now but it defintly left a damage in my brain that i will hopefully forget some day
