Blitzed if referring to when a character sees but can not react to something. Kidd attention was on the fleet as he was going to wipe them out in one attack. Shanks had to cut Kidds own Damm punk and if he didn’t Kidd would be able to continue the fight the same as oden with Roger.

Calling Kidd a bum is laughable as he stood 10 toes in Shank’s own territory is the WATER knowing he had a df. Calling him a bum is the same as calling luffy a bum as they are a direct parallel to each other. Luffy did the same with kaido. And before the “but he won so it doesn’t matter” claim, he’s the mc ofc he did.

The point of kidd and law’s interaction with shanks and bb is to prove how superior the new yonkos are compared to the old. Further pushing the point of new gen>old gen. Which is why EOS kids will scale hight then shanks
