How do you enjoy going out alone in a tight budget? I can only afford groceries. It's been three or four months since I stepped outside with my alt outfits, and I miss doing my makeup too.

dress up no matter where you go! i dress up heavily in school and usually stand out (in a good way i'd think) because there shouldn't be a certain place to feel pretty. you can simply walk around your area or find cheap deals into places you enjoy (like a museum) or get a small snack and notice things you usually didn't before.
money should not stop you; try hanging out with friends too, and make them all pitch in a lil something to enjoy alltogether!
