Meaning weighting yourself on a scale, fasted after pissing/pooping, everyday, and taking a full body pic of yourself every week with the same lighting. You start progressively by reducing 200 calories per day, check if you see any results on the scale and on the body. No changes after a month ? You reduce 300, 400, 500 overtime etc
