I wanna go on a calorie deficit

I don’t really know how much is a good deficit .Last time I did it on purpose I did like 200 cals under my bmr . But idk what’s ideal

What's ideal is how much you'll weight and how you'll look overtime. Meaning weighting yourself on a scale, fasted after pissing/pooping, everyday, and taking a full body pic of yourself every week with the same lighting. To track progress.

You start progressively by reducing 200 calories per day, check if you see any results on the scale and on the body. No changes after a month ? You reduce 300, 400, 500 overtime etc

You can have it idm, most people asking looksmaxx questions don't give the solution lark to the user who helped them

200 the first few weeks then 300 then 400 then 500 but then buy you can just use bam15 and Tri and lose like 15-20ib in monthly
