i wanna start gymmaxxing next week

idk anything abt gym so any advice would be of great help
high protien (1-1.5 grams per pound of body weight
an upper lower split or full body every other day are the best
most exersizes you shoul do 2 sets to conplete failure(you cant do a rep anymore)
make to to sleep alot
and carbs before workouts is goo
