While starting
What dose should I start with and would I need berberine500mg or aromatase inhibitor and what dosages..?

And while doing a cycle

How many times should I be doing these
Blood glucose monitor

Get doctor to measure ig1 levels

For the dose: Start at 10mg every night, you can bump to 20-25mg if you tolerate it
Berberine 500mg: Ye use it 2x per day to keep blood sugar in check
Aromatase inhibitor: Only if you get gyno or major water bloat, otherwise skip it

And then while youre on cycle

Blood glucose: Check weekly at first, and then monthly
IGF-1 blood test: After 4 weeks.
Lipid panel + kidney/liver test: Every 8-12 weeks.

I’d say 15mg,metformin to preserve insulin sensitivity instead of berberine,twice a day total of 2000mg.
MK 677 has no progesterone or any estrogenic activity so a Aromatese inhibitor would be useless except if you’re trying to keep your growth plates open.
And I don’t think MK-677 is hepatoxic for constant tests except IGF-1 serum levels.
