I so badly want to look like a really conventionally attractive man, but I’m an unattractive girl. I am considered masculine looking and have been mistaken for a man multiple times.
In high school, I was bullied by boys who would tell me I was ugly and looked like a guy. They would kick me and spit on me because I had no feminine appeal, and in my opinion it's because the “don’t hit girls” mindset didn’t apply to me.
I’m also 5’9” with broad shoulders. Of course, none of those features are inherently masculine on their own, but when you put them together with the rest of my appearance, I feel like they make me come across as more masculine. To me, none of these experiences or featurws makes me want to become more feminine it makes me want to become a man.
I feel like the only feminine part of me is my lower third, and I want to get it fixed so badly. I wear what people would consider “boy clothes,” I don’t wear makeup, and I have a boyish haircut, which I know also contributes to how I’m perceived.
I feel me saying this sounds like I'm trangender but I wouldn't transition as I don’t think I’d be a conventionally attractive man either, and I don’t see the point. No offense to men who aren’t conventionally attractive I just can imagine how incredibly difficult it is to navigate society that way. I’d rather stay a girl, because at least I feel that being perceived as a woman gives me some social advantages in comparison.
