Hello im from turkey and im 18 years old im currently 5'8 and im starting to gain some unwanted weight there is this girl im talking to and i want to be the best version of myself so i can get her to fall for me here are some pictures of me any advices on what i should do and reccomendations im open to anything and im willing to go thru pain and rough roads i would like to have a natural fit and muscular body (starting gym next week)

Start doing weights or calisthenics 3-4 times a week, do light cardio on rest days, take long walks everyday

Eat real foods, drink water, remove processed food from your diet.

slight caloric deficit.
 
As for height, at 18 years old you likely won’t get much taller, it can’t hurt to drink raw or whole fat milk, eat high amounts of protein, and sleep at least 8 hours. Also fix your posture

might be cope but dead hangs and stretching could help a bit

how to i fix my posture?
also can you teach me proper mewing. im a bit healthy so does it work for me? or do i have to be fit for mewing to work??
