I don't wanna devalue your emotions or anything but I think we underestimate the rarity of love. There's so much pressure to say it early on and it's become so normalised we forgot the root of love, it's meaning and our first experiences with love. In my head if you really love someone that means u put then up there with ur parents and/or family (if you do love your parents/family.) Chances are if you think you love someone you probably don't (saying this as someone who has been in a year long relationship and thought it was love)
