Likely rib removal. I heard the pain is a 9.5/10 and you can’t move at all, and need someone to rely on to feed and help you. Also breathing will be hard. But if I do end up getting it done it’ll be interesting.
Even some facial surgeries and incredibly invasive and could take 3 full months just to heal and be somewhat normal again.
Even rhinoplasty in considering, my nose from the front looks bad but from the side it looks so cute. But ruining my nose would ruin everything so it’s something I’d have to be very confident in doing
