this could be a stretch but i used to drink energy drinks first thing in the morning ad i wouldn't eat until like 3pm, caffeine can be an appetite suppressantI can't currently get my hands on meds for that but I can try to be more strategic about meals

Puking will cause more damage then good , it’s really bad for you , just eat high volume low calorie foods - you won’t be hungry and loose weight (puking is also not magic you will not lose all desired fat in a week and most likely lose mostly water retention etc…)Fuck me man
