my best friends girl got talked into drinking bleach, she had to be in hospital for 6months.

working out and going into a slight deficit is WORLDS easier and healthier than whatever this puking bs is

start small, like if you eat 3000kcal/day try going down to 2500 to start and go from there
exercise can also offset some calorie overconsumption

If this attempt goes anywhere and I don't binge it back, everything will be cool
Also there just has to be a root cause for it to be this bad since everyone else can stick to a deficit

binge eating is its own problem, but don’t let it turn into mia cause that’s worse. trying to do severe restriction only fuels that cycle. something like meds is a lot better

I can't currently get my hands on meds for that but I can try to be more strategic about meals

this could be a stretch but i used to drink energy drinks first thing in the morning ad i wouldn't eat until like 3pm, caffeine can be an appetite suppressant
 
I can try to give you a little plan going. just sticking to a 300 - 500 ish caloric deficiet every single day while eating atleast 60 percent of your diet as whole foods like meat and sweet potatoes. and make sure to stay active and try to do resistance training once and a while to prevent muscle loss.

Puking will cause more damage then good , it’s really bad for you , just eat high volume low calorie foods - you won’t be hungry and loose weight (puking is also not magic you will not lose all desired fat in a week and most likely lose mostly water retention etc…)

nah you'll be hot, just stay consistent that's all that matters. avoid binging at all costs and youll be fine. I know its easier said than done it takes a lot of effort to overcome. it took me like 2 years

Nah I did that for quite a while and it burned my teeth so bad . Thank god it dose not show from the front but I has big holes in the back of my front teeth because of that .
