i was doing well mentally for a while and away from spaces like this for a whole year why did i get back 💀

i want to use it as motivation and it kinda is in way but im too autistic and depressed to keep it up but also addicted to cheap dopamine

come here and use it but also try everyday to better urself a bit more, personal experience i had a period of my life where i couldn't go out of my house bc i was so depressed, but taking care of yourself and improving yourself really does make a difference. might not feel like it at first.

yes im doing much better now but i have a feeling i might fall into some bad habits again if i stay rotting online like i am rn

i need to get back on my outside hobbies and restrict internet access

yea 4 sure, using it at night is a death trap. a healthy sleep schedule is much more important
