okay before anyone calls this cope, I think there is a way to get taller, or atleast be taller on paper, so call this cope but first I have these proportions
I'm almost 17, 175.5 cm bft, I have a 33 inch inseam, and 6 ft wingspan, and I can't even bend below shin level, like my hands cannot touch my toes but they can't even get below my shin, I have slight scoliosis so one shoulder is taller than the other, and I have horrible mobility, if I lay down I can't put my legs up in a 90 degree angle, this means my posture is dogs bum
Which is the ultimate Lifefuel, which means if I do enough stretching and enough mobility exercises to fix my anterior pelvic tilt, by the time I can actually touch my toes and even hug my legs, I will physically have to be taller in order to do that or atleast have a longer torso, to reallyy free every disk, and I can gain anywhere from 2 cm to 5 cm, maybe more, which means at the very minimum I'll be a true 5'10, and at the maximum I can be 180+, but I have to do this for a year atleast
Idk how this is cope, so far I've seen nothing contradicting this

Sorry it’s too long
Ok summary: I'll reach my true height when I'm more flexible and my true height may not be 175 cm cuz I have too many posture issues + anterior pelvic tilt and potentially be a few cm taller esp since I have way taller proportions for someone who's 5'9

yeye posture issues wont go away magically bro

Ye I'll posturemax like 3 hrs a day that's kinda the whole point, the goal is to hug my legs (connect torso entirely to the legs to get the theoretical maximum natural height)

Yea so anterior pelvic tilt kinda kills a lot of height, just imagine how it would even be possible to hug ur own legs, you'd be stretching out every muscle in the torso so like idk your torso would have to be longer to do that and it's gonna take like months it's not like I'm instantly gonna fix it, like u can't just pretend to be in good posture the only way it's possible if u can do really flexible stuff idk

Genetics mostly but if u wanna squeeze out the very last bit, tbh could see myself doing this even if I was like 6'2 cuz my lower back is beyond cooked

is 3 years of effort rlly worth that 3cm bro
Time is gonna pass anyway I could've been a lil taller if I just did nothing those three years, also it's rly gonna take 1 year ngl to grow out of 5'9, in 3 years I'd prob be at like 180 cm if I rly master flexibility/mobility etc.

not being able to touch your toes just means your hamstrings arent flexible

not being able to touch your toes just means your hamstrings arent flexible
That but depending on how much you can't, cuz for me my torso cannot even bend that much like I can clearly feel the limit on the torso way more I don't even feel the hamstrings

Just grow tall, stop coping saying it’s all genetics all then time

dont forget to do massai jumps

Why? It makes no sense that your ”genes” vill just make your bones grow and make you tall
Genes and environment, most people over 6'2 didn't do anything, they had bad diets, bad posture and still managed to get there, they'd likely be even be even taller if they fixed their posture completely
