i will try making bread at home today

I tried making a simple bread with a friend who has left a few weeks ago but never had the chance to taste it.. super messy and gross

Kneeding it more would help though.

Personally i wouldn't mind
When i was hiking in the Alps mountains we used to cook flat breads on the fire charcoals, it's always good out of the oven
i dont like flat breads tbh

Also you can try to be creative. If you have tomatoes and rosemary, you can try doing a focaccia bread, it's an italian flat bread and you add olive oil to the flour. Try 50/50 whole grain & all purpose flour.

Experiment and find what's working for you
