So as a early teenager back then I used to have bad growth pains
They would be in the shin bone near the ankles and near the knees and I’d come home from school sobbing lmao
I woke up this morning to realize that my lower legs hurt the same way and intensity can someone explain how?

You dont know if you are growing even if it is the same type of pain. It could be a multitude of things; ranging from Referred Pain, electrolyte imbalance, nflammation, microtrauma, etc
