the side effects i had are really apparent during the first 2 weeks
but long term i would say is libido, orgasm and sperm count, which sucks but atleast i dont have a motivation to fap anymore
but the side effects i experienced in the first week was derealization, higher anxiety, impulsive behaviour, uncontrollable emotions, irritablity, and heavy nausia
its heavily dependant on the ssri ur taking imo tho
