Rage I wonder how I’d look if my sleep was better for my teenage years

cope i've been raping my sleep schedule to play games in my teenage years not sleeping mutiple days back to back & eating goy slop + drinking 10-20 redbull a day and i ended up being tall, but i got heart issues now with 25 :peepoComfy:
 
i was up all night playing brawl stars and gooning at the start of my puberty and im still 6,2
Tbh it’s more facially my current height I am happy with
 
of course there’d be a difference
my sleep is pretty r***d and im fairly gl and tall t, obviously i do look worse in the morning when i get less sleep
 
Loads not necessarily just in looks but overall health, growth, tissue repair etc sleep is important for it all

I’m not talking about 1 extra hour per night, Ofc that would have a small impact
sleep overrated for growth, height is 90% genes tbh, yeah sleep is very important for health, but not very important for looksmax

Same pretty much, but I can’t imagine there’d be no difference at all from shit sleep all those years

This whole thread is making me feel better about my fucked sleep schedule though
