Eating isnt a terrible struggle for me but if I don’t have anything going on to motivate me to bulk or cut I unintentionally just start doing body recomposition. I wonder what I could look like if I actually paid more attention to how much protein Im getting.

not struggling. I just don’t have the drive. Like I’ll eat about 160 g on an average day but I probably need 200 g. I need to check my Google Sheets

I like David bars. They aren’t like the best but in terms of protein and taste tradeoff they are awesome. They’re expensive though
