I wasn't completely ignorant of the fucked up shit that happened in our world since 2016, I can confirm this is the worst times we're going through since then. The multiplication and efficiency of generative AI to push propaganda and lies, the rise of nationalism-fueled fascism in Occident, the downhill of the US... it's hard to be optimistic.
