shi bro, I stay neutral/quiet on most topics political, but if u wanna talk we can ig:

the main thing 'wrong' with it is that it sets a bad precedent. holding us citizens for a whole day with no charges, 4th amendment, unlawful detention, all that jazz. snatching citizens off the streets is lawfully overreach.

ice can target undocumented ppl with legit cause. ice can't detain citizens w/o probable cause, and ignore the due process stuff. they can't just say they're doing it bc they can, there needs to be a legal reason. that's textbook illegal detention. if anyone got hurt or their rights violated then they could easily sue.
