very temporarily iirc, bc the cold makes blood vessels constrict (vasoconstriction), and there's less fluid so ur skin is tighter for a short time. it can improve how you look for like a photo or smt, but it's gigacope imo. and it doesn't meaningfully alter canthal tilt. mark solution bhai.I'm.
