Yours is very reasonable except the followers count and sports. It was just a general comment on people with chopped faces posting a long list of icks.

I am, yup. Some people say that women shouldn't do it but do it themselves, but that doesn't make sense
Well they didn’t have any cars back then, so they definitely moved around a lot more than us. A lack of exercise is also linked to increased risk of cardiovascular diseases and weight gain. Playing a little sport here and there does not pose similar health risks.

Follower count = more interesting life (unless oofy doofy relationship).
sports = I just mean engaging in physical activity eg. dance, gym, running, swimming etc.

Golf is fine, walking isn't exercise. I just don't see it as beneficial though, it's unhealthier because you have no reason to exert yourself yet you do

That doesn’t explain why its unhealthy though. Our bodies can withstand way more than you think. I’m not talking about overexerting oneself here. Which is commonly seen in high athletes. Playing a little sport or lifting weights does not lead to overexertion in the same manner, provided that they are aware of their physical limitations. And take precautions to avoid injury.

It stresses the body, that's why. Even in smaller dosages, walking is really the only acceptable activity.

You can have friends, be in a club, or any other stuff. You don't need a sport for that

No sources will directly say it, they only focus on the after effects of exercise which is your body's reward for escaping situations.
Athletes and people who exercise are more likely to oversleep, if you look up the issues linked with oversleeping it can give an accurate insight.
