well,yes! love that for you babei dont know if i have a goal body at this very moment as i feel okay with my stature. i wouldnt want to be extremely skinny though, as i think it only looks good in clothes but sort of unnatural when completely naked
maybe firstly aim for bf % of ~20? that seems like a median thats the most desired.

Not a woman but I would say the "perfect" body for a woman is pretty complicated since everyone has opinions, for my opinion, I don't too skinny or too fat, a fat percentage ranging from 18% to 24% is considered perfect for me and even scientifically perfect for health.What is your goal body, like do you wanna be thick or really skinny I cannot make up my mind. CArrie fuck uMy goal would be 36-27-36 and slightly toned but I dont care much anymore, I've been around that before tho im just too lazy to train glutes lol
I think the gym is literally underrated and probably the best for girls. I’ve been fat and ED skinny before but I felt my best when I was hitting the gym to build muscle and get lean at around 19% bf. Starving is unhealthy and honestly you’ll still kinda be skinny fat. I was working out for like 6 months and got to 38-25-38 which is around 0.65 WHR and it’s noticeably hourglass and it was THE BEST.
