I was rly worried about the muscle loss at first but turns out even if I lose a bit of muscle or a lot of it I can build it back giga rapidly within like 1-2 months cuz of myonuclei
The first option was to figure out a way to build muscle while losing bf but that is lowk way too complicated so I'm js gonna calorie deficitmax until I get down to 12%-14% bf and then quickly regain the muscle and then start building extra muscle when I can actually afford it
