specific types, the ones that are egotistical and mean and stuck in their ways and closed-minded and have bad intentions. people with shall we say empty heads aren't inherently bad, it's only a problem when they try to conceal their idiocy and pretend to be something that they aren't. trying to look smart/superior when you aren't just makes you look even more dumb.

example: old karens in the drive through screaming at people making minimum wage because their sauce wasn't the right temperature in the fry bag
