i made a thread talking about nuts
then ppl started saying how it's calorie dense idfk why but hearing that made me sick to my stomach and i threw up
i dont like the idea of gaining weight AGAIN and so i threw out the rest of my trail mix
stupid nuts. im never eating those shits again
ik this is very dramatic and I dont even know why i started tweaking out

something that helped me was getting rid of my scale and not looking at my weight

if ur getting fat you will know jfl
