First thing to do is walking/running away while recording the situation if possible.

2nd, creating a distance while low kicks/oblique kicks, to warn her that you're gonna knock her out if she comes close. Keep one arm around your neck, one arm around your ribs to prevent knife stabbing

3rd, if you're stuck, came close to you, you need to block the hand who hold the knife, if possible disarm her without getting stabbed/cut, and then hold her in a submission choke (Rear naked, guillotine).

Knocking out a woman is the last resort as it can be fatal in street fights
