If i were to hop on accutane and loose bf%, will my nose actually be slim, or is my bone structure requiring me to get a rhinoplasty?

i obviously know how to reduce the excess fat around the nose that causes it to seem wide and bulbous, but i think for me its cope because my bone structure is just wide in general (sorry for bad quality)
